If forecasted weather is too hot, (For zip code 18013, too hot = over 90 ° days) camp day will run 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with a long siesta midday, and will then resume at 4:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. or later. Each Tough Dog camper will be given at least 4 individual training sessions per day and probably more on some days, depending on stamina of dog and owner. A customized plan will be developed and then altered before and during training sessions as necessary, and analyzed after sessions. Campers can help and watch each other as appropriate, giving an unparalleled learning opportunity. Ample opportunity will be presented for each camper to practice or exercise alone with his/her dog.
